CCI will probably keep Title IV funding for a couple of years. Probably the big problems start arriving in 2015 which is when the 2012 three year cohort default rate becomes available. The other problem which is occurring on a state by state basis is individual states are imposing more and more regulations on the entire for profit college industry along with banning them from state college financial aid programs.
