UOPX changed it stratagy but keep old management. I they want to grow and prosper they need hire no contaminated leadership because the EM, DOE, CD, RVP they have been very damage from the years the matrix was intruduced until it was eliminated in 2010. Employees can still give it their all not the same incentives but with respect and reasnable pirks like in any other public organization. That 20% close eyes and all became greedy and hateful and they could live up to UOPX's mission, value and principle.
