Here is the deal... if you work somewhere you work there because it suits you...not them. If and when you get to the point you do not want to work in a culture that appears almost culturistic...take the steps to move on when it is right for you. It is hard, I know...but when a company pays you to get a degree but they can not give you a job that helps you help the company then there is a real problem. With the whole new career tools...it is almost like steering in real estate...be careful...one could be looked at like we are steering students toward things to benefit the university - even tho the tools may appear helpful...can they get hired on to a company or is that just fluff.
