Actually I am doing my job properly because I have no control over the exams and exercise no discretion over them. Heald College Online sets the requirements. However, Heald College students generally cannot afford to pay someone else to take exams for them. The math classes are about the same level as I took in 6th grade, so that's not a fair comparison.
