New focus on campus numbers is going to come down heavy on faculty. The burden and blame will be on the individual instructor. Did you call, e-mail and or accommodate the student? If you did then why aren't they attending??? You aren't doing something right or they would be attending. Maybe you would be happier working elsewhere?
