Meant to say company, not corny, lol. And all that to say, people should just be nice & respectful & not treat people like they are less than worthy of basic human respect just because of a title or paycheck. If you are in a leadership position, remember, people will go to the endths of the world for you if they believe in your values & believe that you value them too. If you treat people poorly, they will only do what they have to to protect theirself from your craziness. The moment they have some safety, you, AND your "power" are TOAST!
