WTH! We are going to 2 regions? What is the incentive to even bother enrolling anymore? The merit increase delayed, reviews delayed, career progression a MUST (with no chance EVER for advancement). I was tired of carrying my lazy teammates; now I think I should become one. Why even bother? On our teleconference, the TVP's parting shot was "More meetings to come tomorrow". We all know what that means. Why aren't the campus & enrollment directors getting fired? Neither of do a damn thing but demotivate & demoralize. Heck the DOE still is pushing monthly numbers on us. It's sad to see continuous management for the local campus. Praying I find an new job soon. I don't want to be the last rat on this sinking ship.
