I have worked for the company for over 6 years and I was let go yesterday. Many of us have been watching this blog to try to get answers on our fate. It speaks words about Apollo/uopx and the so called "leaders". We learned more form this blog than we did our "transparent" leaders. They need to look up the definition of "transparent" because they are far from it. The way that they laid off hundreds of people was sneaky, maniplulitve and distasteful. People have been sitting in fear for months, exactly for this reason. I am sad that I lost my job, I know my value and how hard I worked. I also know that there were people who were working extremely hard everyday, and they were walked out on Tuesday. I plan to take my severence plan and find a great job....one that is actually a "job of choice".
If you are still with the company best of luck to you. I would encourage you to start looking for another job. I can assure you that the company does not care about you. Unfortunately we are all disposable to them. Best of luck! Proud not to be a Phoenix!
