Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I am sad to know there were a lot of great people let go of today. Dynamic leaders and profitable campuses shut down. Then I took a look at my campus - we are doing better enrollment wise. However, Campus director has been inconsistent with attending work over the last 2 months b/c he thought he was getting fired. He is timid and afraid to speak to the people. The ADOE is nervous and doesn't believe in connecting with the people on a genuine level. This person is more concerned about strictly enrollments.Leadership please what is leadership in the northeast. Unbelievable! Additionally, one of the managers was caught red handed getting drunk at a restaurant with several EA's and compliance dropped the charges because they were afraid of lawsuits. Are you kidding me? I am hoping the good people that were let go find new employment speedy.
