Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

CCI will be taking over Heald in the next six months. Terminate Heald management will be replaced by CCI people. Heald for all practical purposes will be run like Everest. Expect further housecleaning at Heald campuses. Salespeople will be expected to work 12 hour workdays and on the weekends to find more suckers (oops students). Everest and Heald salespeople have been kicked out of LOTS of California high schools as the school boards and principals are tired of seeing their students getting ripped off. LOTS of layoff and/or termination notices are going out to salespeople (oop admissions). The tendancy is to get a new DOAA who goes out and replaces everybody including the faculty. The adjunct faculty are getting tired within the first week of instruction of the new mission of "retaining the student" and will be quitting after the first quarter of employment.
