Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

We have had a 10 referral minimum since the honor roll campus stuff came about. If you do not get 10, they wanna know why and will use it against you in discussion memos or written warnings. Regardless of them being in the system or not, they want 10 generated... Not 10 put in. Honor roll is a joke, as well as career progression. The matrix awarded points based on referrals and conversions, so how is it different now. Warnings are being handed out for call volumes, lack of referrals and available time in D2EA.
