Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

You think it is about favorites.....I KNOW that "favorites" have nothing to do with it. Keeping poor performers while getting rid of the good ones makes no sense. If that were true then the directors and VP's would be purposely putting themselves at risk by doing that. By definition their numbers would decrease by quite a big margin. Ask yourself why would a director by themselves at risk by keeping a friend? They wouldn't and they do not. They can't . Different positions require different numbers. A brand new counselor is not expected to enroll the same as someone who has been their for 4 years and might be at a higher level. IT'S SALES 101, Plain and simple.......IF you still do not understand how this company works then you should work elsewhere.
