By why did they set the new vacation to specifically target their older, long term employees? My wife followed their rules and accumulated vacation. Now she will not be able to "earn" new cation hours for almost two years!
This is NOT a problem for an employee of only one or two years. They will be eligible to earn vacation hours!
I understand the financial reason by why on the back of older, long term, loyal employees??? Where is the inspired integrity? WRONG!
