When I started out at UOP, I knew that their business practices were not going to last much longer. I feel that many of the "practices" that they're implementing like Career Services, Tuition Freeze, Grant is just smoke and mirrors as a PR stunt. I know we're still a business, but they sincerely need to update their classrooms. Students should have an open of watching videos based on the concepts they're learning in class. Some students are visual and auditory learners and reading from an e-book isn't effective. It won't be expensive or hard to implement these features that can help students understand the concepts of each Class.
Either way they have to boost morale first and foremost. I rarely see smiles or joy in my workplace. Students won't spend 60k for a degree when they have crappy advisors.
