Spirit is terminating MGR's as I type this. This is not that big of a problem in and of itself, but Second line manager positions are filled by nepotism, not by skill set. These genius's are terminating the mgr's that actually care about the programs. Second line's know nothing about aircraft. With that said, Spirit in a nutshell is in the "TOILET"
