Is that pay cut for all instructors, full-time and adjunct? Or just adjunct? If the latter, try SNHU–they pay very well, and their curriculum is much better.
As of Aug 25, 2019, UOP is cutting its base pay for instructors almost in half – I have 10 years of undergrad and graduate education; 30 years of college teaching experience; and am a published author ... now my base pay will be little more than that of the janitors and security guards.
