The severence package at CCI is decent. It does depend on how long you have worked for the company. But its starts at 2 weeks of pay plus any holiday and sick hours you have accured and you are able to keep your insurance until the end of the month you were let go. They usually do layoffs in the beginning or middle of the month so you usually have at least 2 weeks of insurance coverage. Depending on how long ypu have worked there you get a good month of money. However, if you work at CCI you should be keeping your options open so you aren't caught off guard.
