Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

This company is horrible, could be great but chooses to be an admissions ran college. If this company let the education department along with FA run things then it would have better graduation rates as well as the loans being paid back in return. Jobs = money. Money = ability to make payments. The management is so far off it will be the death of CCI. Students are a number to them. Some care and they get laid off or fired on a PIP. The ones who follow policy and turkey care get pushed out. If you enrolled anyone and everyone then you are golden. If you get in the way of these "numbers" then you will be gone. Believe what is said, ask anyone who has a brain, CCI is not going to last more than three more years. Might change names but will be all new staff who don't know policy and don't follow policy. DOE wii catch up to them, already asking lots of questions. Like I said bad,bad management who trickles down. This college has great staff who cares and teaches but you can only do so much before the higher ups look right past the good ones and brings in money hungry non caring teachers. Just a pay check for some. Good ones are fed up and giving up. Too sad. Let them teach and run the classroom that they were trained to teach in, you are in management not instructors. All higher ups are monkeys, money, money, money......should be every student every day to the finish, not just the beginning. Get a clue, no more starting students who aren't packaged, who did not sign up for selective service, who have not earned a high school diploma, no day care, no car, can't go to nights but have to because the am class has no availability and who knows what else is going on.
