The DAA in Columbus was given the promotion by the CD about three years ago. We were all shocked and amazed as much more qualified candidates applied. The DAA was a manager in her late 20s at the time and had the majority of her degrees from UoP, with little work experience? After many interviews, the CD chose her over the other applicants.
