Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I am sorry for all of the employees at UOP. I pray you all find other and better jobs. Many of you at the local campus have become one big family and seeing all of the consolidations makes me sad and will devastate the majority of your students. If the organization no longer needs, values you, or want you, it's just time to move on. Don't stay and wait on them to fire you. Get your resumes together and get out while you can. You will start to see leadership turn on each other- sooner than later. There is already a big divide at most campuses. The people who should leave will be kept and the hard workers will be let go. Hold your head up, gird up your loins, and get out while you can.
