Any one know about the Dept. of Labor Audit on Everest. A few coworkers and I were mailed a letter saying Everest owed us wages. We all haven't work for Everest for 2 years. I remember going to meetings and not being able to put it on my timesheet as a working lunch because they provided lunch. And it was required that we attended the graduations and it not be allowed to be put on our timesheets. But would the Dept. of Labor crack down on that? Answers would help.
