Also directors, if you are the amazing leaders you all claim to be, why then do you continue to work for a dying organization? Is it that no one from other companies recognize your awesomeness? Or is it the fact that you really couldn't lead yourself let alone others out of a wet paper bag? Back off and calm down. Give your managers a break.
