It's awful it went down this way but it was obvious shit was going down the last few years. With the recycling of management, restructuring and policy changes etc.. Going from a 'service first' focus to a 'service fast' focus.
Just the nature of the corporate machine; no loyalty. Although years ago when I joined the firm I felt that things were different and people did look out for each other, it seems RJ will get bigger an bigger, eventually outsourcing more. It'll do great for the stock price, just not so much for the employees.
