They are highly dependent on SuccessFactors. If HR pulled you in, recently, and retroactively downgraded your SuccessFactors score for last year, or if you got below a 3 overall score in previous years, good bet is you're on your way out.

They are cancelling previously scheduled EnCompass training for employees being laid off. If you have done any EnCompass training besides the orientation and acknowledgement done in March, or if you're scheduled for training and they haven't cancelled it, you're most likely OK.

I dug into the EnCompass training website and found some metrics. It appears that they have cancelled training for a disproportionately large block of manufacturing employees i.e. it looks like manufacturing is going to get hit worst.
Please keep the info coming this week. Don't make this a bitch thread. You can whine later. Right now, we need to get informed so we can all prepare.
