Employees will NOT be allowed to go back to their desks. HR will get their necessary belongings in order for them to leave immediately after their one on one with their manager and HR. Employees will be notified later of when and where they can pick up the rest of their personal belongings left in their cubes and offices.
Temporary subcontract employees will NOT be the first to go.
Another round of layoffs will happen in the fall based on scores given on mid year reviews that are scheduled to be completed by the end of July which is why managers are currently being instructed to record everything in Successfactors.
