Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

While I have no idea what real benefit or service HR provides, this is not their fault. The CEO is the person responsible for the direction of the company. It is the CEO's job to keep the company solvent and make sure everyone has a job in the future. If the right decisions were made years ago when the wars were winding down then we wouldn't be in this mess with too many buildings and too many useless managers. It's unfortunate that WE have to pay for someone else's ignorant vision. BTW, has anyone found the hidden immunity idols, there is one in every building.
