I am with you anonymous. I don't question the ethics of the businesses or adherence to policy of anyone at CSW. Everyone there bend over backwards to do things right, ethical, and per policy at CSW. I will however question the ethics of offering money to entice accusations of unethical behavior on a comment board concerning layoffs.
I for one am very interested to see if any of the upper management people get the axe. it seems highly unlikely that management will sit back and say they need 10% cuts in the workforce and not look at the possibility that maybe there are under-performers leading that workforce (management).
