@Captain Obvious: You are right! Management will tell you till the last minute that everything is OK. They will tell you that the problem is external. They will spin it. As far as the Rover 6 deal that went wrong, those guys that spun that tweaked out number into a profit/loss report for corporate to post to the investors HAD to have learned how to lie from the top management. Our CSW managers, mostly MIDDLE managers I won't name them, lied to Susan Ops, maybe S. Eiting was lied to, w/e, maybe they TRIED to cover it. But that goes to show you that management doesn't adhere to the values they ask YOU to adhere to. The fact that once you become a manager you have some sort of "immunity" card and they pass all the problems on to the lower levels or blame external factors twice as hard as reality, shows these people really love their fat, FAT cash bonuses they get from not giving YOU, the worker, a good raise for helping them meet contractual demands. This is why you should Google the DCMA, GSA, and other customer fraud reporting contacts; another example of how, if you look deep enough, they have tossed out first a sacrificial offering in addition to those that might actually call the "club" out in public about the infractions CSW has incurred due to mid management errors and lies. There are managers out there now that have cleaned their hard drives, deleted shit, sent misleading emails, and actually started "working" to cover their asses. It's coming, and next round hopefully will expose all this and the "bulls on parade" management teams will get their balls cut off more than 0.7%. We can only hope so!
