I love the rogue comments that try and bolster esteem - if the company is so broke then why build another building or 2? The executive chef isnt a 6 figure employee either, he is just another layer of management brought in to control some more stuff for the guy that is the new facilities executive VP, notice a connection yet? Nepotism is a standard at csw, always has been and probably wont change, there are lots more names to add to that list below...and so is the LDS connection, just the way it goes, non members are always outsiders. The way I read it, people at the top rely on people below them who rely on people below them, etc - way too many level of people below them, who does anything?

I have no idea about the encompas thing, all i know is that the effort seems genuine and is probably needed. We have a whole dashboard of junk now that was developed in house and never seems like anything is synched up, probably be nice to have the one system, I attribute the encompass backlash to people that assume the members of that team have some golden road and resistance to change. From what i have heard, they lost people too and for good reason and they work a lot. If you are scared then leave, most of the people I see are usually gabbing it up or sitting around in the cafeteria anyways, its called work for a reason.
