Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

I hate to tell you people but this was round number two (#2). Round number one (#1) happened in silence on March 22nd 2013 where 51 employees were laid-off (23 from 1st shift, 17 from 2nd/3rd/weekend shifts, 11 from the gophers pool and building maintenance). We tried to make this round be just as quiet as the March 22nd layoffs, however the number 190 was to large to keep low. Bottom line is the numbers handed down to us by corporate is to cut 360 jobs by the time encompass goes live. we have cut 241 so far, after our paperwork over the next 4 weeks there will be another determination of if we need to release the rest of the 360 jobs, which is another 119 employees.
