Random drug tests sounds like a great idea! After several years with L3 I can honestly say it is the most dysfunctional place I have ever worked for. Nepotism and Favortism is thicker than a Mafia run Italian resturaunt in Chicago. I am at risk for age, religion and non-related status so stress is high for the next round. Wonder how L3 would stack up in a parallel comparison to Enron?
