The comment about accreditation is misinformed. HLC will give accreditation to a ham sandwich as long as it pays the fees and files the paperwork. Why do you suppose most of the for-profits chose HLC as their accreditor?
The fact is that a UOP degree is inferior to just about any other regionally accredited degree for the reason that UOP is for-profit. That is an indelible stain on a UOP diploma.
