Does anyone else have a DOE at their campus that takes two hour lunches daily? Every single day last week our director Mike W. took a two hour lunch to go to the gym, left early two of those days as well, and then sat in his office with his "favorite manager" for almost two hours BSing the entire time. Does this take place anywhere else or just in our screwed up division?
