Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I have to agree with Camden Kid’s post on Monday 6/03/13 2:26 PM. The racist, sexist, anti-Semitic and mocking remarks made on this site are all in an attempt to divert attention from the real issue and create division and dissension among the employees who legitimately use this site to speak candidly about Apollo Group/UoP. Creating dissension and diversion is an old ploy once called “divide and conquer” or more accurately called “distract, divide, and conquer.” In this instance, it is clear that someone in management or on the executive level was directed to post disparaging and heckling remarks in order to provoke users into responding to those remarks thus taking attention from the real issue of Apollo Group/UoP corruption, mismanagement, fraud, and employee as well as student abuse. I believe the same is true of the poster who wrote “if you don’t like your job, then why are you here.” The issue being discussed on this board is not “like or dislike of the job” but the deceptive and manipulative actions, misconduct as well as decadent negligence of Apollo Group/UoP. But, the word is getting out so the Apollo Group/UoP executive’s “distract, divide, and conquer” trick isn’t working. Employees have created Facebook and Yahoo groups as well as posted Youtube videos about Apollo Group/UoP. There is even mention of a documentary focused on former UoP employees. One employee posted he or she is speaking with attorneys and looking to start class action suits against Apollo Group/UoP.
