CCI does not know how to distinquish between the good workers and the bad, they are too clouded with numbers, favoritism and who they find likeable, attractive, and are agreeable and quiet about things. It's one of many problems with their systems of hiring, firing, promoting. I want to see the day when this rip off institution closes down. Let's see how easy it will be for these unprofessional directors getting a job in the REAL world with their unbias and condesending attitudes.
