I'd keep my mouth shut on all the good and the bad and just post what is happening in as far as layoffs, as what is intended. Forget who is a shitty director, who is sleeping with you and focus on the stability aspect, isn't that why you are on this site to begin with. Personally I'd like to see huge changes in upper management in Florida- but as long as I know I can still have my job while I look and hope for elsewhere, what else is important.
