it really is a shotty company and business- from the top to the Presidents and these uneducated ill equipped so call Directors. The only thing they know how to direct is going to the Presidents meetings where they sit and share employees' emails and gossip about the staff- its pathetic. That is why they are all fat and unfit- they sit all day long and rarely will you see one of them moving things, helping students, doing any thing constructive other than sitting behind their desks trying to find someone to complain about. I thought they don't rehire- at a florida campus they rehired someone for being the director's friend in career services who had left one campus prior due to not being much of a worker; and also another waste of time rep, who up and left our campus, but due to being related to a former crazy tempered Finance Director, suddenly gets hired back. This is a guy who walked out originally. Meanwhile my friend who was a great admissions rep was told "no rehires". Yeah that's because the director did not want her back. period. It's not out of being resentful that most are complaining on this site its just the audasity of this company and these leaders who claim to be role models for coworkers and students. Shoot they can't shine my shoes.
