The only thing that this shows is how unfair the entire system is- and that very little has to do with your work ethics, your character and integrity. It has to do with someone's unprofessionalism and bias determining your longevity. They seem to hire the profile of people- very unprofessional, immature for their ages, insecure, bias and prejudge, and minds are in the gutters.
