People, People, People... Here is the steps that will be taken just before a forced reduction in workforce (i.e layoff). Step #1 Offering A Voluntary Separation. Step #2 Offering Early Retirement. Step #3 Department Shuffling. Step #4 Forced Workforce Numbers Reduction (i.e. Layoff). Social Security and The Department Of Workforce Services is coming in within the next 5 days to educate people on what restructure options they have in the next couple of weeks. All this must be done for the 3rd quarter numbers to meet minimum investor requirements. Do not be fooled by L3 and or other people saying you can for sure file for Unemployment if you accept the Voluntary Separation Agreement. You have to show good cause and or reason as to why you voluntarily separated from your job, and as per Unemployment Laws the downsizing of an entity (i.e. company) is not an acceptable reason or cause in the state of Utah to warrant eligibility of unemployment benefits. So don't count in unemployment checks if you accept the Voluntary Separation Agreement. Plan on finding employment before your Lump Sum w/ $3,000 and minus 25% runs out. - The Truth - Telling People The Truth Since 1978
