Keep working and collecting a paycheck. AND look for a job. I doubt UI will pay out if you voluntarily leave. The package for the voluntary separation is, from what I have been able to gather, IDENTICAL to the involuntary package.
The only way voluntary separation makes sense is if you have already lined up a job. Otherwise you are missing out on a regular paycheck and benefits until you are forced out.
