792 consumer complaints in just the first six months of this year. Ripoff Report.com is showing 792 student complaints about University of Phoenix and this is just June. At this rate, there will be over 1500 complaints before the end of the year. Keep in mind this is not the number of students who may have grievances. This is just the number of students who have found their way to this site to post their grievances. In addition, Ripoff Report.com is not a site where employees post their grievances so this is a student/consumer site. Several posts complain of shoddy motel and hotel rooms where students are now forced to attend class while still paying an enormous tuition. Where is that tuition money going? . . . to pay the Apollo Group cabal. How can HLC even remotely consider renewing UoP’s accreditation? How can honest and decent people continue to work for this organization? How much more money can the UoP/Apollo Group cabal swindle from the school, the employees, and the students? If UoP/Apollo Group proves nothing else, it proves that any government agency can be bought or scared off. Hell, why work for UoP when you can quit and start your own university. It’s obvious anybody can get HLC accreditation. All you need is the right amount of “accreditation” money placed in the right HLC hands.
