I currently work in Operations and the amount of stress is unbelievable. there are several contractors that are being hired on in my department currently and brand new associates being trained to do things that are a level 2 and higher. However some of us that have been there have not been offered this training. its ridiculous. I expect to be a target when the next round of layoffs occur as I have been on FMLA and see things going on around me that I am not included in. how do they justify hiring people in just to lay off. The morale sucks yet you have the associates who are killing themselves just to keep a job. There is no positive appreciation, they only time they mention anything is if a problem occurs. haven't had my year end review in the last 2 years with my supervisor. I say if they are going to do it, just do it already and put us out of our misery.
