So many recruiters are calling people that left in April to get referrals of people that are trying to leave RJ. The Operations people will have a harder time finding jobs than the IT people. There are two VP's in operations that only have HS degrees, they better start looking soon as one VP is on the ropes already from an poor judgment earlier
