Was one who got the ax last week. A couple of things...after 7.5 years I have no regrets regarding how UOP treated me, I got a severance package and planned for this two years ago from a career perspective and of course financially. Really, I am shocked I lasted so long. Take UOP for what it is worth whatever that means to you. In the meantime look out for yourself and family because the organization is rocky especially but hope one day soon they can strike a balance. Best of luck to all!
