If you really want to save some money, lay off the people allowed to work from home on regular business days. You will eliminate your least productive workers and some of the most expensive ones at that. Also you will become much more popular with your employees that show up at Carillon everyday, even during a raging tropical storm, while their VPs, managers, and privileged co-workers kick back in their pajamas with a second martini, while sending out another meaningless e-mail to look like they are working. They do nothing but make life of the real RJ employee more difficult. Seriously think about it, please. Those kind of savings would really drive RJF stock up high enough to split.
