Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

It sounds like there are too many LCs still open which I believe would have to change. The mergers have been with campus that had all LCs closed and were then merged with another local campus. Essentially, the “main campus” of one location became a LC for another location. If your LCs were not part of the closings in September you might be ok but I don’t know much about what is going on in Texas. And yes it looks like there would be a reduction in locations to have only 1 physical location in each large city. There would be 1 central location which would be considered the “main campus” and then every other location would become a LC. I know they do not use the term "main campus" anymore but it is easier when you are talking about these things. Too many people get confused between locations and LCs.
