Technically, at this point we are at Phase 4 for VSOs, and Phase 5 will be at the end of the month. This assumes you count the mini layoffs, the early-retirement offer phase, then the Phase 3 Layoff on the April 18, Phase 4 VSOs, and here we go. Good news for EVERYONE!! :) Now go back to work!
