200 taking is true. My friend told me so. Money is an issue with congress. The new buildings don't matter because we closed down or will close down most satellite and small buildings south of D. Colocation goals will make csw better. Csw went from 1800 to 4500 so yes new management was needed. Too many chosen, retrospectively yes but what if we were at war and now had 5500 people we would have been well prepared. More choices due to change in circumstance not vision. I just give numbers not to hurt but inform. Please don't call me an idiot. I am helping the whole understand the parts.
