On salary, say $50,000.00 per year, for Altius HB coverage the employee paid about $7,500.. per year out of salary. The company L-3 paid 3 times that, or around $22,500. per annum!
What is the ratio of Altius and other paid HC benefits to those of the much cheaper option for the COMPANY L-3 LLL, that were fired, VS those that had the cheaper options, VS those that rarely used their HCB coverage?
