...not taking open volunteers for layoffs but I sure did it...after I had my next job lined up. I'm at the five year point and the other operators are paying more. All the best. Btw part of the reason the company had so much debt was to protect it from a buyout and to secure land, which doing so today would be much more expensive from an acreage standpoint. Chk will be sold off in 3-5 years to a larger company IE Anadarko almost gaunteed. Minimal debt with huge land assets you become easy prey for hostile takeover.
